1. ClockIt-Online is now available in French.

ClockIt-Online was already available in English and Dutch, now it is also available in French.
To use ClockIt-Online in your language, go to http://www.clockit-online.net and choose your language in the bottom right corner.
If you'd like to bookmark ClockIt-Online so it always loads with your selected language, please save following links:

  • For English : http://www.clockit-online.net

    • Currently planned is translation of ClockIt-Online to Italian and Spanish.

    ClockIt-Online can very easily be translated into other languages, if you're interested in using ClockIt-Online in your language, contact us !

    2. ClockIt-Online version 2 is releasing in a few days.

    We've worked hard to improve the current features of ClockIt-Online and also added one major module.
    The disadvantage of ClockIt-Online is ... or better was ... that you can't create your duty rosters online. With version 2, you can !
    Although it is basic shift assignment tools, we've incorporated AJAX technology to create a smooth user experience.

    You're still able to upload and download your online schedule to ClockIt: Easy Schedule Creator. This software remains the best tool if you're scheduling some difficult duty rosters.

    Some of the other improvements :

  • Calendar: weekends are now colored.
  • In the Calendar views, we've added some options, like legend and easily showing the duty rosters of other months.
  • We've added a print option, with printer friendly color scheme.

    • 3. Custom design.

    As with all our software, we try to present a tool that is usable for most companies, organizations, ...
    We're aware that our tools aren't a 100% compliant with your needs, therefore we want to work together with you to improve our software. So, do you need specific modules, enhancements to existing ones? Let us know !

    What do we charge for this?
    Two things are taken into account here:
    - The amount of time it takes us to design and create your request.
    - The usability of this modification / new module for general purpose, as this will lower the total cost !

    4. Coming up next.

    Below I mention some of the things that are currently planned for ClockIt-Online :

  • Create employee groups to enable showing only member of these groups in calendars.
  • New module were your employees can set the time they worked each day, for which project and domain.
